1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HankinCore website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these, please do not use this service.

2. Services

HankinCore provides web design, digital marketing, AI automation, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All services are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work created specifically for them. HankinCore retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

HankinCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
