Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the HankinCore website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these, please do not use this service.
2. Services
HankinCore provides business process automation, API integration, custom workflow development, and related consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business processes, systems, and integration requirements. You must have appropriate authorization to allow us to access and modify the systems we are engaged to work with.
4. Data and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during automation development and operation. However, you are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and reviewing automated actions regularly. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party service outages or API changes beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, custom automation workflows and integrations developed specifically for your business become your property. Generic components, frameworks, and tools we use remain our intellectual property. You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary tools without written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, one-time projects require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Managed services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
HankinCore's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss. Automation testing and validation is a shared responsibility.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate managed services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide documentation and assistance with transitioning to your team or another provider. One-time project deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced.
